"Fabulous hotel- what made it was the staff. They couldn’t have been more friendly. It is tired looking on the outside but don’t be put off- lovely big rooms Lovely breakfast, wide choice. We will definitely book again My only tiny, tiny quibble is- no soap was given for the sink and I had to keep leaning across into the shower ( all lovely products) to get shower gel and did slip once . "Myself and other family members had the great pleasure of staying at Eshott Hall for a couple of nights. While the occasion was a sad one due to a family bereavement, every single member of staff made the pain less, professional and sensitive service, attention to detail and an empathetic attitude, simply superb.
