"The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. "It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok . "We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic.
