We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "We are SO happy we decided to stay here at Lady Hill Resort while in Sapa!! Located on the top of a hill, this resort has incredible views of the mountains and overlooks Fansipan. We enjoyed that the hotel itself is outside of the busier city center and quieter, but it was easy to get to town via a short grab ride or the hotel shuttle. While the views are stunning, the hotel itself is also beautiful and new. We ate breakfast and dinner outside multiple times while soaking in the amazing Mountain...
