"Otele pazar günü giriş yaptığımızda şansımıza müdüre hanımda oradaydı ve akıcı Türkçesi ile bizi çok güzel karşıladı.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverler.İki akşamda yemeği Mediterra restoranda yaptık.Açıkçası ilk gün soğuk ve mesafeli yaklaşımları sebbiyle tekrar gitmem diye düşünürken ikinci gece mecburen aynı yere gittiğimizde oldukça sıcakkanlı ve işini çok iyi yapan bir görevli ile gayet keyifi bir akşam geçirdik.Zannediyorum ismi Darin.Ona buradan da teşekkür...

"Very good but one thing i need to raise. When you need to take a shower you need to hang your towels somewhere but there is no hang around which you can easily reach out. Hangs are on the bathroom door which you need to go out wet from shower and walk for 3-4 steps to reach them. This is a bit weird. Maybe it could be improved. "

"Great location. Had a huge room, was very nicely done, nice breakfast. Parking is 10 euro. Only complaint is pool is not part of hotel and if you want to use it is very expensive. So why have photos and promote having a pool? And why email me aaying i have access to pool, I dont!"

"Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande ."
