"All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!"

"The staff at this hotel, (particularly Amos and Sharon) were exceptional. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of falling quite ill during my stay, during breakfast of all times on the day of my checkout, and these individuals responded to my situation in an extremely professional manner. They catered to my needs at the time with tremendous empathy and concern, and made sure my wife was informed and comfortable with the medical procedures of a foreign country regarding ambulatory transportation,...

"It may be the city in general but I felt like this hotel was supremely overpriced. We did book a junior suite, so it did have a bit more space but overall the room was very drab and basic. The cushions were sad and looked very used. The carpet looked like it really needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom needs to be updated with new grout bc it appears weathered. The beds were 2 twins pushed together to make the king- that wasn’t a big issue but we just had no idea. The pillows were very flat and...
