"Nice hotel. No elevator so may have to go up 4 stories of stairs, but I had no problem with that. Would stay again, and one of the best hotels on the cheaper side."

"Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. "What I like most about this hotel is that it has rooms that could conveniently sleep several people. Last year, we were 8, this year, 3. I also like their restaurant, which has a variety of food and drinks options. And being that I have close relatives in Davao, I was able to invite them to dine in the hotel with me, thus avoiding hassles finding restaurants somewhere else. I also like the warm pool, has good size and depth. "

"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing."
