"Absolute the best of them all. We had the best stay at Bab al Qasr. From facilities to hotel staff I will say nothing by praise. Everything was too notch. Room absolutely lovely and nice and clean. "It's almost impossible to find anything, which wouldn't be top class at St. Regis. Delicious food everywhere, at breakfast, at the pool, dinner buffet and Villa Toscana italian restaurant. Pool area one of the best we have ever been to, and the “Champagne Sabering” ritual was really cool, definitely recommend! Particular mentions to Norman (butler), Thi Thu Han (did the Champagne Sabering) and all the staff at the pool (unfortunately remember only Nirmana & Milan) "

"Only stayed here one night but the room was large, immaculate and had everything we needed. We spent the day round the lovely pool area where we were offered water and juice and enjoyed a great lunch from the pool side menu. "I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times...
