"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! "We had a wonderful stay. The family room was perfect and offered plenty of space for our family of four. We especially loved that there were two bathrooms. The rooms are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a major highlight with incredible views of the city and beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas.
