"TV had issues but was too tired to switch rooms. Fairly new hotel in South Beach. Probably opened a few years ago but still mostly new appearance. They should focus on steam cleaning the carpet. It would make it look better. "

"The first room had roaches, was moved promptly to new room. Got settled into new room. There was a misunderstanding when my partner was trying to come back to the room. The night manager didnt see a copy of his ID in my room file so she followed protocol and called me. We were able to sort that out as I was on my way out to help my partner as he was texting me while everything happened. "Really nice hotel which was well maintained and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and polite (Mira on front desk) and little touches like sipping hour for a martini each day and a bottle of red in the room were enjoyable. Good location too near Union Square and the Mason Powell cable car."

"This is a great hotel for the price. Pretty much the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at in SF that didn’t charge $40 to park my car. The room was a bit dated but was comfy, clean and quiet. It’s right on the edge of Chinatown which was great for exploring. We even walked to Salesforce Park. It felt secure and I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the city. "
