"Communication about check-in and check-out was nonexistent. I had to call to make sure we still had a room and find out the check-in information. The room was good, we had one ant in the shower- which in the Phoenix area is not the big of a deal. Enjoyed having 2 King bed however. "

"We were there for a distributor show. We made 3 reservations last November, but a couple weeks before the event the show informed us that only two people would be allowed to attend the show. We canceled the third reservation as a result, but it was non-refundable, so we were out $736.20 before ever arriving. The facility is quite beautiful. A few major complaint- a pullout sofa bed instead of a regular bed is unacceptable to a frequent traveler for a room over $200.00. A full-sized bed is...

"Aside from being a bit pushy about viewing their “not a timeshare” show, everyone was very nice, the grounds were clean, the hot tub worked fine, and the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed. A few pots and pans, a microwave, hot plate, dishes, and all basic kitchen and dining ware made the stay very nice. There wrre extra towel and blankets too. Would definitely stay here again. "
