"This property has ac which was amazing during a heat wave. The location is stellar. However, the rooms are much, much smaller than advertised and we did not receive the room we paid for. It has been impossible to get someone’s attention to this matter."

"Seriously excellent, I would confidently Book.Spent only 2 days. Building is great, super quiet, clean, luxurious unit.Someone was on site to come by out room when we had a question.Super friendly and willing to help with anything.Really enjoyed my stay from the states.100% returning when We stay in the UK again."

"The location was excellent! The Underground station was only about a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in London. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park were just around the corner, which was perfect for walks and especially great if you’re traveling with kids. There was also a Whole Foods nearby for groceries, and plenty of pubs and restaurants right outside the door. "This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. The view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the The Shard were particularly impressive at night.
