"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...

"It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

"Great place to stay. Awesome location, 15 to 20 minutes walk to main attractions like Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, etc. the place has free coffee all day long and a little restaurant where you can get a delicious breakfast."

Es un edificio de apartamentos turísticos sin recepción en un pasaje un poco sucio Para entrar necesitas un código , tiene un pasillo muy cute con libros que falta iluminación . La comunicación desde la reserva lo maneja perfectamente la IA recibiendo un mensaje amable ,su página web tiene un buen look comercial que te hace pensar que son apartamentos buenos . Llegué sobre las 8 de la noche al hotel después de un viaje desde España , cansada con mi hija de 13,...

"Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a una tercera habitación...

"Great location, great space, good facilities. Quite a few things were working but only just; 2 of the fans, window locks, slide system for waste bin, bathroom latch to name but a few... we had a lovely stay but some maintenance required"
