"Great location with near access to Baker St Tube Station. Compact but fine for 1 to 2 people when spending time out and about. Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. There was a fan which helped a bit during recent heatwave and heat reflective blinds were down on arrival. Be aware this is not an accessible building, there are narrow stairs up...

"It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed.
The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel.
The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

"The room was not much bigger than a shoebox. For two people with two suitcases space was in adequate. No reception, which I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel.. probably my fault for not reading the ad but still inconvenient. For the four days we were there never once was the coffee replenished.. it was clean and the location was fairly convenient"
