"The hotel is great with beautiful grounds. Our room was spacious and clean and well decorated. The pools were great and provided a very nice atmosphere to lay out and relax. Overall we would say the hotel exceeded our expectations with regard to the room, the pools, the atmosphere, and the staff. ..."

"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late ..."
