"The management requests a specific time that guests will be checking in. If one is driving from hundreds of miles away, that can be hard to predict, and imposes extra pressure. Once there, check-in was quick and easy. The property is well maintained and housekeeping comes daily to freshen up the room. Reliable lodging for a very reasonable price. "This place is just ok. We don’t ind staying here but it is in desperate need of a renovation and upgrades. The A/C units sounded like they were going to quit working any minute and rumbled so bad we thought they might just fall out of the window. But the staff was friendly but understaffed so waited quite a long time to try and check in but really friendly. With a little love this place would be amazing "

"Gorgeous setting and beautifully stylish rooms made this a wonderful, unique stay. Staff were friendly and let us have a late checkout which was appreciated. Loved the whole vibe. However. Parking lot lights were left on all night which hampered star gazing. Coffee was not available at the stated time, and it was very disappointing to find that there was zero option for breakfast before 10am, and then just a bar room burrito. "

"Nice simple motel stay. Close to an Albertson's, which is handy, but over an hour from Joshua Tree and 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Didn't"t realize how much that would add up over time - my mistake, not theirs. Quiet place, though the construction crew starts working at 8am. And we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Just needed it as somewhere to sleep, so it served its purpose, and my kid liked the pool, so it did well. "

"This has been our second time staying at the Best Western Plus in Cathedral City and we are more than pleased with the hotel and the service. This time, I accidentally doble booked but for some reason, the cancellation did not go through. Hotel manager, Dave, called me and instructed me how to get a refund from Hotels.com. I am beyond grateful to Dave for his wonderful customer service and kindness. I recommend this hotel to anyone and will for sure stay there again next March for the Indian...
