"Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too."

"Fantastic weekend and the property in Friar Gate is ideal. 10 minute walk to Derby city centre. Shops and pubs even closer for essentials. Staff on site to help and responded immediately to all requests. Highly recommend if visiting the city. "
