"Amazing apartment for me , my husband and our 2 young children. The management were so welcoming and very helpful. We stayed over Christmas and we had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us very spacious and clean. There was also a play area outside our apartment for our girls to run about and play. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much 😊 "

"Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there."

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "

"The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. "

"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. "Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property. Cons: - Cleanliness of the property could be improved...
