"Stayed for US embassy appointment and very central for transport, food places and a tesco right below. Cleanliness in certain areas quite poor but free upgrade was ideal. Very warm and odd smell in the flat. Would ask for a apartment away from roadside as very noisey due to location. Ryans bar nearby for nice casual pub and drinks."

"Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. "

"It’s a wonderful place to stay. Good location and parking with a walk to the city. Rooms are well furnished comfortable clean and have all that you need. Lisburn Road has a vast array of food options and pubs if you want on the doorstep. Have stayed twice and will be back again."

"My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. "The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. "

"Lovely apartment with easy check-in. Did require photo ID and a deposit, however refunded pretty quickly after check-out. Otherwise had a pleasant stay in a modern, clean, thoughtful place. "

"Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there."

"Really clean and lovely property "

"Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "

"Long black hair in the bed , surrounding area horribly dirty , a dumping ground outside your window , Apartment was ok ..A little pricey and couldn't understand how there was every cleaning product there to clean the place but absolutely nothing to use to wash yourself ..No soap of any kind "

"We arrived to a very cold apartment, got the heat going and it eventually warmed up. Best thing about this spot is there is a bus stop right in front that will take you into Belfast"

"An excellent base to explore the city. Close enough to the city centre to walk should you wish, but located in quiet street in university area so nice to come back to after a day sightseeing. Also close to Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens so nice green space located nearby. Overall facilities were excellent and apartment was v comfortable. "

"Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"Room was more than adequate for a 3 night stay. Clean, comfortable and a great shower. Excellent breakfast in with the price. Staff were friendly, especially Conner, who gave us advice on where to dine and find music venues."

"Likes: Room (including bathroom), pleasant and spacious. Hotel within easy walking distance of central train and bus station. Hotel is fairly central and within reasonable walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. Buffet breakfast was very nice and a good variety of foods. The cooked breakfast was regularly topped up so that it was hot and fresh. Most of the staff were helpful and very nice - I would especially pick out Rachel who I think is the assistant food and beverages...
