"This was the 7th hotel we stayed in on our tour around Thailand and I must say this was by far the best hotel, it was so good at Hula Hula we booked a second week stay. If there was a downside it would be that some days the internet was weak, also there is no comfortable relaxing area to sit and enjoy an evening drink, all the seating in the restaurant and in the reception area have hard wooden seating, if there were softer padded seating people would stay longer and spend more.. "Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers. "
