"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? "Staff were pleasant, very friendly, and respectful. The Business Class Lounge staff, especially Jun and his colleagues were very attentive to our needs during our snack time and breakfast. The hotel is also right across the street from SM Mall, with lots of food options. Great stay overall!"
