"The front desk was super helpful! They were kind, positive, helped us find a closer location for our rental car return that wasn't the airport, and general positive attitude. The beds were comfortable. The apartment clean. Proximity to the train station couldn't be beat. Literally a 30 second walk out the front door, One of our group was traveling to the airport and the others on a train to London. Great location."

"Great apartment for an overnight stay, only reason I dropped a star is that there was only one mirror near a plug socket. Not great when 5 women are getting ready for a night out! Every member of staff we spoke to was fantastic such a credit. Apartment was as described."

"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"My stay was ok the bed was to soft for my back didn't get a good sleep on my first night there my car window was smashed in there car park did not get any contact off the staff about the inserdent it would of been courteous don't think I would stay there again "

"Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again."

"Another great stay at this hotel. staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely The shuttle bus is a brilliant service. The only negative is the check in was very slow again. Lots of people arriving and only one member of staff on the desk. "
