"Problems:
1. Inadequate parking. Had to park in the adjoining restaurant lot.
2. Front desk ran out of door key cards; clerk had to leave front desk and let in late arrivals.
3. Water was dripping from the ceiling above the bathroom onto the tub and beside the toilet.
Night desk clerk was very nice and apologetic for the problems. Taxi to the airport was ordered by the clerk and was waiting for us at the requested time."

"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. "There was a nice big parking lot, area around hotel seemed quiet, the hotel and rooms looked new. Also the breakfast including, hot items, were greatly appreciated before heading to the airport for an early flight.
The room could have been dusted better but overall clean and comfortable.
Attempted to use the indoor spa but it was way too hot. I could only manage to dangle my legs in. I would suggest keeping the temperature around 100 degrees."

"First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. "I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts."
