"Be aware before booking: some of the bedrooms have no windows at all, so there is no natural daylight and no real sense of whether it’s daytime or nighttime. It made the room feel very closed off and was something I wish I had known beforehand.
Also, plan accordingly when it comes to housekeeping. The bath towels and amenities provided when you arrive are essentially what you get for the stay. There was no towel replacement, bed-making, or regular housekeeping service during our stay.

"We got an upgrade to a junior double suite from a double room which was great.
Staff was fantastic at check in & check out as well as restaurant. Very friendly!
Room was dated & not thoroughly cleaned.
We had to ask for soap.
We chose for the location which was perfect for attending a concert at Acrisure Stadium.
It was a 15 minute walk & a $10 golf cart ride."

"Why isn't the parking garage attached to the casino OR a walkway built to and from the hotel and parking garage? They try to force you to use a valet. We couldn't go through the casino because my daughter is 20 and only 21 years and over can go through the casino AND no luggage on the casino floor. We had to carry our luggage up and down 5 flights of stairs. Also...we couldn't eat at the restaurants or have Starbucks because they're in the casino. There should be bands or someway to go in there...

"Was in town for concert. The check was very efficient. Staff pleasant and professional.
Room immaculate!
1 issue for me was no vending machines.and I needed a soda. But the staff assisted me by retrieving a drink from the bar even though the bar was closed.

"The room and staff were perfect. We did not have time to try the free happy hour. Breakfast in the morning was very good and there was plenty of seating.
The only thing we did not enjoy was that the public restrooms on amenity floor were not unlocked during posted hours. And the family restroom around the corner was unlocked, but out of toilet paper.
The location was great for walking around town and going to the ballpark."
