"An ideal town centre location for a one night stay. We had two rooms, one standard and one executive and really there was little to choose between them, other than a little more space. Our rooms were on the second floor and it meant a two flight walk up, I'm not sure that there is a lift, perhaps in the other wing, so worth checking if stairs are an issue. Both had good shower rooms and we all slept well. A buffet breakfast was on offer and the receptionist offered to cook a choice of eggs for us all. This hotel used to have a notable restaurant but a change of ownership (and Covid) means that there is no longer an evening meal option. The hotel seemed very quiet for a Friday evening but it was mid March. The hotel has a private car park about 200m away but it looked more secure parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. We would be happy to stay again. "

"Beautiful and spacious rooms with lot of sun light. Walking distance to almost everything. Excellent dining room for breakfast in the morning and drinks only in the evening. Excellent and fresh breakfast with great options for everyone. 24 hour coffee/ tea/ cappuccino/espresso. And filtered water to drink as much as you want 24 hours a day. Elevator on premises. Nothing fancy but safe and efficient elevator. Excellent staff and great hospitality. Cleaning of rooms bathrooms every day with clean sheets and towels. Very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Couple of old game machines and great photographs of Hollywood stars on the walls. Love the decor too."
