"Lack of staff is an issue. Only one person at the reception on my check-in date despite a high number of people arriving around 6;30pm. It took over 30 minutes to get the key. When asked, a staff spoke about many employees on holiday. Obviously, the management is unable to plan accordingly staff ..."
