"Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. "

"This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. "We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "

"I felt disappointed when I step into the unit The whole unit was smelly and poor standard of the cleanliness as well as the Water heater was not working.Alot of cockroach was found on both kitchen area and toilet. "

"The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "

"I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request.
