"What a brilliant find, we will definitely vusit this hotel again andxsoread the word amongst family and friends. Room was unbelievable the decor, facilities and comfort top notch. The reception staff very friendky, informative and helpful. Our only complaint was it says 'free parking' but it didnt say its limited availability and the info aftervwe booked stated free parking this needs to be changed on the Hotels information, fortunately it wasn't a problem as there was parking nearby."

"Stayed here as the last leg of our road trip through europe before bost home. Wanted a relaxing spa hot tub etc. The place looks amazing on way up drive. But the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was nice but felt like no one owed it and not sure if we were suposed to be there. The spa was shut so no hot tub. Felt a bit like you should be privileged to be there. "Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side.
