Khách sạn Blaby

"A really pleasant stay. External building is very deceiving. Does need a lick of paint the rooms but they are clean and the beds are really comfy."

"This website says there is a restaurant and shows photos of breakfast and dining facilities. I only book hotels that do breakfast. The restaurant is closed and they do not do breakfast. This website misled me. As a result I needed to go out and purchase breakfast for my family. The receptionist I dealt with was very helpful. He should be commended for doing his best in difficult circumstances. 1. Three fresh large red/orange stains on the carpet. I came in for early check in. These stains...

"Great location with friendly staff"

"Great hotel, the rooms were fantastic and I would happily stay again."

"Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to shopping."

"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time. "This was a 3 night stay, with 11 other golfers, in the heart of Wantage, It is an old property in the town square. Rooms were small but adequate. Bathroom was well maintained and clean. (Nice towels). We dined there once and breakfasted three times. Food was good. Service was very professional and friendly. The bar was well stocked and lively whilst we were there. Only criticism was the hotel seemed very warm especially in the room. I had a fan and could open the window etc but it did not...

"Receptionists we're absolutely loving during our stay. Very friendly and helpful."

"Great location, friendly staff however challenging when a football match is on with the stadium next door."

"I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...
