Valentina is an excellent host, very attentive, great communicator, very responsive. Bol is a wonderful town, small, quiet, quaint, easy walk to Zlatni Rat, perhaps the best beach in Croatia. "The basic of basic stays. Nice bedrooms with a nice patio but practically no utensils to use in the kitchen, and no washing machine for laundry. Nicely decorated but I look for function over looks. Also on top of a steep hill so you’ll have some pretty stellar calves by the end of your stay. "

"It was a nice stay at Villa Vallum. The place was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine that helped us save money on food instead of dining outside. It was a very easy check in and they have a private parking lot couple of meters up from the building. However, There are no elevators so in case you have big luggage, be prepared. "The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! "Nice and clean apartment. Based on pictures you don’t actually know what kind of room you get as photos in hotels.com include photos from different available rooms. It was also a bit unclear how to check-in. I called the reservation office and they called to the next person who then came and showed our apartment. Also worth mentioning that tou get only 2-3 toilet paper rolls and after that you are supposed to buy your own. This is quite unique solution. However, nice and clean apartment."

"The Villa is super well located one street north of the main pathway (to beaches and commerce), but the short distance makes it very quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea. Dorian (the young man who checked us in) was very nice and informative. The pool is great, clean and lots of lounge chairs available.
