"We booked this cottage to be close to the Prom, but to our surprise, we almost wanted to skip the Prom and stay in this magical place. It's quiet, surrounded by nature and birds, it's cosy: it has everything you need for a comfortable stay (including a real fireplace). I booked and paid in full through Wotif yet all further communication was from Sourhcoast Properties from whom I had three separate requests for payment of the “balance” of $824. Three emails and three calls later I felt the issue was solved and was advised that their system didn’t talk to the Wotif system but kindly ignore the requests. Arrived to collect key and you’ve guessed it I was asked for the balance of $824. Granted the lady who attended was...
