"Beautiful homely hotel. Bedroom very quiet and clean. Tranquil and pretty surroundings with good places to walk. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast was nice and not rushed (which was great when we overslept). Good sized pool for swimming and decent sun loungers for relaxing. Great facilities to make your own dinner if you decide to stay in - Castres is circa 10-15 minute drive - with a small boutique to stock up on essentials like like wine and home produced honey! "Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day.
