"Overall it was okay but there is definitely room for improvement. The toilet seat was wobbly, the electric shower was either very hot or very cold but not in between and therefore it was dangerous and we had to use a plastic container from the kitchen to use the bath water. "We booked this property in June to stay in September, we travelled over from the Isle of Man for a dance competition 2 adults 3 children. While on the train at 5pm we checked in online and didn’t received a key code for the door, so txt the number available to be told there was no stay booked as there had been a fire at the property at some point! The distress this caused having to find somewhere at such short notice with children was extremely overwhelming and stressful and to only be told...

"All we needed was somewhere to stay with enough space that was close to the centre - this property was definitely that and it was fine. The rooms were nice and it was all functional. There were quite a few broken things (e.g. a fan was broken, the rod to close the blinds in the bedroom was snapped off, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall) but nothing that impacted our stay. The hosts were also really responsive and friendly. "

"We chose this cottage for a short break so we could explore the local area. Haworth is a lovely Yorkshire town, with shops, bars and restaurants either side of the Steam Railway. It's extremely hilly, but everything is a short walk from this cottage. With parking outside the property, everything was simple. The cottage itself was comfortable and beautiful - it was a delight! "
