"Great location, great communication would happily stay again"

"On first entry you think this place is ok and it’s location suited us. Entry instructions provide were very good, but the issue is the rear access is blocked by four wheely bins. This makes a small access point difficult to find and navigate. Arriving gone 10pm we were very tired and just wanted to crash, but that didn’t happen because we had to spend over an hour cleaning. As I said at first glance it looks ok until you find hairs and dirt everywhere. The place needed a deep clean and we left...

"I loved the property, a nice apartment in a quiet area close to town (10-15 min walk) . It has its own kitchenette and spacious living area with dining table and a nice reading chair which I enjoyed. My room was below road level, but there was enough light coming in the window so it wasn't a problem. The hosts were very quick to respond to my queries. A great stay for my 4 nights in Bristol."

"This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here."

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
