"I didn’t spend that much time in the hotel, but the lower level room for coffee and breakfast is cheerful with a pool table and a variety of seating. Coffee is available all day and is good. My room is cheerful and clean with nice big towels. Hotel is new. "

"This hotel is perfectly located for visiting relatives who live close by in Carroll Gardens. The price is great for NYC and the rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast is good but there are no real amenities. Even if there isn't a full gym it would be nice to have room for a yoga mat and a couple of treadmills."

"Everything is distressed so cleanses is hard to tell. The rug looks like there is mold on it but there isn’t it is just made that way to hide anything. I have no idea if it was clean or not.concrete shower and toilet looks like a prison but I guess that is an in look?"
