"It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well."

"everyone one we met down here was amazing. The condo was just the right size for us. we were able to walk to local shops and food if we wanted or drive to them. Beach was very restful"

"The staff at Padre Giveaways were very nice and helpful. The condo itself was fine. Little run down but expected because it’s right by the water and a little older. I still give it a 4 out of 5 though. "

"Well this place needs a total gut job. The carpet needs replaced. Doors need repaired . The kitchen light is about to fall from the ceiling, sliding doors are broke. All appliances are rusted up . The microwave is rusted inside and we were afraid to use it. The counter tops are falling apart and are held together with scotch tape.
