"Positive: Hotel with interesting architecture and rooms in the rice paddies. Excellent buffet breakfast and breakfast options. Very clean rooms. Lovely view from balcony. Challenges: No room service after 10pm (tricky when arriving late with flight and hungry; was encouraged to use delivery app but last thing wanted to sign up to and deal with with jetlag). No TV in room. Loud frogs and insects from rice paddies (I slept through but might be hard for some). Not well signed from main road for...

" We loved it here. The hotel has a lot of charm (real charm not the made up kind) and the staff is quite lovely. This is not like the resort hotels that are springing up all over Hoi An, but rather a really nice and peaceful place to stay that makes you feel like you are in Vietnam. The rooms are large and the staff is very attentive. And the hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and to town. Would definitely stay here again! "
