As condições do quarto deixou a desejar. Poderiam dar uma atenção especial a limpeza e manutenção dos quartos. Coisas quebradas e sujas. O lugar é muito bom de ir. Mas precisam fazer manutenção nas acomodações.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Walter, super atencioso e educado. Acomodação ampla, com quarto, banheiro,varios armários, sala com um sofa grande e uma cama de solteiro extra ,lareira e mesa. Estava tudo bem limpo. Como fiquei no terreo senti falta da sacada, para poder deixar a porta aberta pra ventilar ( Minha filha tem asma e fiquei com medo dela ter crise ,por causa dos carpetes, mas graças a Deus nao teve) Ambiente bem aconchegante, bastante coberta alem de um aquecedor que foi nos entregue na recepcao ( Se fez frio nao sentimos kkkk) Cafe da manha ,nao tem muitas variedades, porem o que tem é bom. So uma dica pra ficar ainda melhor: Colocar cortinas na janela da sala ,pois como fica no terreo perdemos um pouco a privacidade, tive que colocar uma tolha nas janelas. A acomodacao tem geladeira, mas seria legal ter um microondas tbm. Pois assim facilitaria fazer alguma refeição . Ja que o hotel fica bem distante e o caminho pra chegar é bem ruim, ainda mais a noite. No geral gostamos de nossa estadia e voltariamos novamente com certeza

Quarto sem tv, pois era de tubo e bao estava funcionando, lampada da sala nao funcionou, piscina estava suja, nao podemos usar. No geral, parece que o hotel esta abandonado, uma pena. Pia do banheiro vazando agua, acho que deveria pelo menos darnuma arrumada nos quarto, uma pena mesmo. Muito ruim

Pessima loclaização e falta reforma geral, mofo
Complexo hoteleiro antigo, necessita de manutenção, o acesso 1,5km em estrada de chão toda esburacada e sem placas de indicação do hotel, sem televisão e wi-fi nos quartos. Nos 3 dias de hospedagem não recolheram o lixo na unidade. a foto é um engodo.

Estadia boa, mas poderia ser melhor
A experiência foi boa, embora tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o primeiro quarto em que fomos colocados as luzes estavam queimadas, apenas a do banheiro estava funcionando. No segundo quarto ainda assim tinha algumas luzes queimadas, mas nada comparado com o do primeiro, porem elas eram bem fracas. Do mais, a estadia foi muito confortável. A manutenção deve ficar de olho nesses pequenos detalhes para que os apartamentos fiquem mais confortaveis. Do mais, o apartamento é amplo e confortável, contudo a TV não pegava nenhum canal, logo não teve utilidade.

Ótimo custo benefício. A 5km do centro (Capivari), suite é bem confortável, com quarto, sala, lareira, vista pra montanha e incriveis 40m². A limpeza estava ok, só a piscina que estava suja, mas estava frio então não fez diferença. Café da manhã aceitável, porém pelo valor pago pela estadia, nada a reclamar. Li muitos reviews sobre as condições da estrada, mas não é o que falam. São só 2 Km de estrada de terra/aslfato bem acidentada. Meu carro é rebaixado e foi tranquilo, sem novidades. Voltarei em breve.

Só cheira a mofo! quarto totalmente fechado e mofado, se tiver doenças respiratórias morre. Longe da cidade, o caminho até o hotel é todo esburacado. Café frio, pães queimados, suco de uva de pó. Piscina com fundo aparentemente sujo. Apesar de ser barato, NÃO VALE A PENA! Paguei 2 quartos c/ 2 diárias e ficamos só metade de uma diária. Se pudesse queria meu dinheiro de volta

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. Oferece um café da manhã justo, e tem um ambiente em geral muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários também é um ponto positivo. Como ponto negativo temos o acesso dificultado pela estrada, e o hotel com estrutura velha (móveis velhos) que carecem de reforma (o que no caso, eles estavam fazendo ).
