Worse than average stay and out of the way
"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful ..."

"Our first visit was amazing, we celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary at Widus Hotel. The staff really made us feel special with cheesecake and towel swans on the bed with rise pedals."
