"Staff was very friendly! All of them we saw were helpful and great. We got an upgrade which was nice after 26 hours of traveling. Hotel and rooms were nice amd updated and clean."

"Staff were very friendly From arrival to departure. The bed looked dirty; bed sheet appears to be blood stain and shoes stomped markings. I have videos and photos taken when I arrived and discovered."
