"Una experiencia para olvidar. Nos sentimos estafados. Ruido en la habitación, frío, limpieza nula y lo de las bañeras y la piscina de aguas termales, de risa! Agua fría también en la ducha de la habitación. Solo queríamos salir de ahí y olvidar este lugar."
