"Very nice and spacious apartments. We had the apartment C004 which is directly above the garage entrance. Downsides were: - heating which was always heating up to 28°C!!! and we were not able to adjust it. Only thing we could do is opening the windows. - Very loud due to the garage entrance. "Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor....

"Struttura davvero piacevole e confortevole. La cena al ristorante con vista su lugano e sul lago è stata davvero unica. Lo staff è gentilissimo.
