"The resort is located a 5-min boat ride away from San Pedro and the resort provided a boat service that was always available at 15-20 mins notice, and the boat captain was highly responsive and helpful, even showing us specific shops in San Pedro that we needed, so we didn't get lost. The housekeeping was excellent and attentive. The manager was highly communicative, proactive and responsive for all requests.
