1. Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel

"Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout."

"The bad: the bedroom had mold and the stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs were a death trap. The good: communication and service were great. The location is unbeatable. They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Late at night with a ton of luggage had to try and find a last minute hotel (which ended up costing a lot more money) they did refund...

"The host didnt reply quick to our inquiries. He didn't even reply to our last question about storing our luggages. We feel like the host wasnt very friendly person. You have to wait until the check in day to receive the check in information. The place is quite decent but smaller than we thought. Being able to do laundry is a bonus. Location is quite convenient."

"Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I...
