"The apartment was excellent with everything you would need. It is very centrally located and communication via e mail was good. We did experience some issues with the key pad lock having to jiggle the handle to get the door to open. Also on the last day we left our luggage to be collected later and when we went to re-enter the code had disappeared from the app and we only managed to get in when someone was coming out "

"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. "One can not get a more centrally located place. We were fortunate to be on the top floor, however the roof terrace is not accessible for short stay guests (insurance reason). There is plenty of space in the apartment. The space itself though is pretty run down. We couldn't get the dishwasher to operate anymore. Staff was very friendly."

"Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."

"They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Booked the Maldron for a night out in Glasgow. Its in a perfect location for the citys night life. Easy self service checkin and checkout. Surprisingly quiet too for a city centre location. Also great breakfast included which glus on until 11. Hotel is clean and welcoming & good size rooms. Would book again witout any hesitation. "
