"We stayed for one week and the service was great. The room was spacious but not very clean. We had to wear shoes in the room, otherwise our socks turned black. The trash was not cleaned out when we first went into the room. The shower was clogged and almost flooded the bathroom. The bathroom had a mildew smell. The front desk employees were very responsive and helpful. They had maintenance fix the shower drain and housekeeping clean out the trash. Although there were deficiencies, the service...

"The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was great! I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the spaciousness. We were really comfortable staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was ideally located for us - away from the city centre yet with some nice cafes and restaurants nearby and only about 20 minute walk into the old town. Surprisingly quiet too. Would definitely stay here again if we come back."

"Amazing place. Really appreciated the birthday wishes. Staff were great. Brilliant hotel in an ideal location. The only thing that let it down was the distinct lack of breakfast seating. I feel you should really provide proper tables for eating. Sitting on a settee is not comfortable for breakfast consumption. "

"We loved our recent 3 night stay at Princes Street Suites. The staff we met were lovely, the location is incredible - 2 mins from St James' Quarter which is a mall with great shopping and loads of choice for dining (in or take away). The property is a 15 min stroll from Edinburgh Castle (with young kids); it's ideally located for the Museum of Scotland, Dynamic Earth, Calton Hill, Arthur's Seat, the Museum on the Mound, St Andrew's Square, George Street, and is 1 min from Waverley station....

"Great find! Renovations meant a longer walk through to the apartments but really wasnt an issue for us. Apartment was spotless and the facilities were great. The only real downside was there are no sockets near the mirror so getting ready was a little tricky as i didnt have a mirror with me so had to use my phone camera to see as i was doing my hair. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great for us! "

"Outstanding room, immaculately clean. Had everything and more we needed and the location could not have been better. The bed was extremely comfy and generously sized. I really enjoyed the shower and bathroom too. Exceeded expectations and remarkable value for money. It is not the fault of the apartment but I would say it might be worth recommending guests bring earplugs as the air conditioning units in surrounding businesses are very loud. It did keep me from sleeping."
