"There was construction going on next door, which was unsightly, but other than that, it's a nice property, right on the beach. There are lots of dining options in walking distance, and the people are super friendly. The rooms themselves are nothing special--kind of an ordinary motel/hotel room--but the location is awesome. "

"We come here every year in February when it’s quiet and the rate is low. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating and gave us two choices for a room under our reservation. We chose the room with two windows. We also used a DVD player which did not work so someone came quickly to check and found it was broken and replaced it with a good one. "

"Honestly this hotel was really basic. It was just enough to be in a room, but as far as amenities go, it wasnt unique. It was nice, as in clean and the workers were nice. But at the end of the day, it was just a hotel. It was clean, perfect for people that wont be in the area for long and just need a nice place to rest. "

"This is our go-to place in Rehoboth. Conveniently located, easy to bike to downtown. New hotel, so everything is in great condition, large rooms. Recommend getting the pool view rooms as the other just overlook the parking lot."

"The staff were very nice and went above and beyond. The room was "clean," the kitchen area was not very clean. The appliances were rusty and very dated looking, the cabinets and refrigerator were not clean. The drain area in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned. "

"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was extremely clean and ready to go when we arrived. Room was super accessible. Its in the perfect location. Not too close but not too far from the beach and shopping locations. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute decision. I booked here last summer and again during the off season. Definitely a very nice place. 10/10 would book here again"
