"If you are on a budget, this is the place for you. Just the basics: bed to sleep, bathroom & kitchen. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the beach! The unit needs work, the washer needs cleaning and kitchen smells like a seafood boil was never cleaned. "

"Convenient location when visiting UAB."

"I love it, it had everything I needed included to prepare my meals. The hospital was a less than 10. Minutes drive from my hotel. I would definitely stay at the landing again."

"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"My wife and I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The only negative thing that I can say was that the QR code for access to parking and the doors of the building, wasn’t given in the email like it was supposed to be. Nonetheless, when we reached out to the support team, it was handled quickly."

"Easy check in, clean, comfortable, dog friendly."

"Nice place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. For those who are handicapped, be aware that some units are on the second or third floor. The only way to get up to the upper levels is by climbing concrete steps that are outside. There is no elevator."
