"What an amazing find of a hotel. Nestled away in a back alley in Hanoi, this is old school charm with a massive tough of glam. "This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend! "

"The staff at this hotel are beyond expectations. Anna at reception was probably the best you could imagine. So helpful. She would book trips and organize anything you need. The breakfast is fit for any King. So much choice, you won't need to eat until the evening"

"All staff members were extremely friendly, and very helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. The food from both the breakfast area and the restaurant was consistently exceptional. The hotel itself is very well maintained, boasts amazing views from the rooftop and is situated at the heart of Old Quarter. Carolyn, Eileen and the other staff at the front desk really stood out for their drive to ensure everything was comfortable."
