"Great view! Room was clean. Staff were incredibly nice. Only issue we had was this hotel is not walkable to anything. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the “big fish” statue by the beach at the top of most hours but if you need a shuttle not at the top of the hour its 50 baht/person. They will also pick you up from here. The hill to get to the hotel is difficult for most grab drivers and excursion drivers so we had to take the shuttle to the bottom of the hill and meet our ride there. Not...

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. "This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "The whole experience with the villa was awesome. Kudos to the staffs that were there for us from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Area wise was peaceful which was very nice for my family and me. Would definitely stay again for our next Krabi trip."
