"The apartment is located literally in downtown. Several options for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and what not. The apartment was modern, clean and well maintained. The entrance/lobby is rather small and is wasy to miss. Cleaning during your stay costs 20 Euros extra per room. The place is nice but understaffed. I called the reception several times for help with the coffee machine but most of the times they would kit pick up the phone, and when the phone was picked up, there was...

"Overall good. However in apartment in the kitchen you can find only cutlery for 2 people. No kettle, tea or coffee. No hairdryer. Air-conditioning had silly noise. We stay only for one night so was ok for us. But didn't want to stay for longer time. Reception very friendly and very good communication. Many spaces to park the car. (Free of charge on the street)"

"We don’t usually go back to the same places but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Fontanellas. So easy to get to being 5 mins taxi from the airport. Great area, plenty of restaurants. Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."
