Initial welcome could've been improved as i wasnt given a great deal of information about the hotel, facilities or location of the room. The room was a converted loft area. Small but good amenities. "Great place to stay for a visit to Paignton and surrounding area. Very convenient with a view of the sea. I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast.
