"Great location to train station and good sized rooms."

"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"I was visiting my girlfriend in Aberdeen and I really enjoyed my stay this hotel. I liked the fact I could control the temperature of my room to suit me. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty plug points for my laptop and phone charger etc. The room and bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent!! "Solo traveller who had asked for a quiet room. On arrival the welcoming staff told me they had been able to oblige. The single room had everything that one would get in a twin or double room which was great as some hotels provide single rooms with poor facilities. The room was spotless, the breakfast and service excellent. Great location too. "

"The hotel was really nice, but a bit soulless. The staff were nice enough, but didn’t go out of their way to be over friendly or welcoming. The food in the restaurant was nice but a bit over priced and not a huge choice. It was also a bit on the cool side. Breakfast was very good. The tv wouldn’t connect to any apps. The car park was the underground car park, next to the TECA. Which wasn’t that far, but on a wet winters night, was a bit miserable."

"It was a nice room. Bathroom was a good size, nice light from the windows and the bed was large too. My only negative is that it was quite a hard bed and I get quite a sore back from hard beds so was in a bit of pain in the morning (fyi I’m under the age of 40 😂). Great size room though. "

Inexperienced/poorly trained staff (at check in and checkout, the staff members announced their newness and lack of familiarity with the hotel systems. Desk attendants sitting and having personal conversations as we came and want throughout our stay, not acknowledging us, saying hello, or asking if we were enjoying our stay).
