"Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We had an issue witj our airline reservation, the concierge allowed us to use his phone and even had someone check to see if there was someone at that ticket counter at the airport. The hotel is very clean, the beds and pillows are amazing! There is hot water, and they provide 2 bottles of water in the room along with a hot pot and coffee and tea bags. The food in the restaurant was top notch as was the service. There is a shuttle to the airport that runs...

"A simple room with a shared bath, but clean & comfortable. I came to get a few hours sleep between flights and had to leave at 3am to go back to the airport. I was blown away by the service! I received a text message with clear directions, warning me about taxi scams (which I've experienced before in Lima). And the owner woke up at 3am to make sure I got safely in my taxi. So sweet! I will use this lodging again. "

"The staff was nice. They waited for our arrival, communicated via WhatsApp and arranged our transport back to the airport. This hostel is 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a location you want to walk in. We arrived late, had a safe place to sleep and left early and it was fine for that. For the price, this was what I expected. I appreciated having an inexpensive option so close to the airport."
