"Place was beautiful loved everything but the extra 150 plus dollars in charges they don't tell you about when you reserve the room. Mandatory 25 dollar hotel fee but gives you 2 drinks. 50 for parking, and a 75 dollar just because fee they call incidental fee. Not to mention another 20 or 30 dollars in random fees so it cost almost as much as the room price as the extra charges. But the place is great besides that. "

"This marks our third stay at this wonderful establishment. The only downside was that there was only one elevator in operation, as the other was out of service. However, the exceptional staff made all the difference; they were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that our experience was still enjoyable. "We absolutely had the best stay at Hotel Bardo! It is a gorgeous property in the best location right on Forsyth Park. We also were easily able to walk to City Market and the riverfront. The service, the rooms, the staff, and the property is 10/10! We also ate at Saint Bibiana, which was one of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Thank you Hotel Bardo for an amazing weekend! "

"It's on the water which was nice to look at the window and see the water and activities on the water. There was a complimentary ferry to take you across the water to all the dining options. There are several poolside fire pits which was nice. The staff were nice."

"The front desk person,Ebony, was wonderful. Recommended using the Downtowner-a free shuttle. Our room was at the end of the hall and our internet service was poor. Had to go to the lobby to connect my laptop. Room was clean and the hotel's location was good."
