"Great hotel for any stay in Oxford. We came for a long weekend over and just wanted to explore the city centre area and relax. We especially enjoyed breakfast, wish there was a vegetarian meat option but wasn’t a huge deal as there’s so many other options. The staff/ service was really good. We had treatments and used the pool & jacuzzi which were great and easy to use - just wish that the changing areas/ showers were cleaner. "Staff were great, when we checked in I said I was a platinum member and got and upgrade. First time that has happened as a hotels.com member. Also mentioned it was my partners birthday and got a free bottle of wine that was left in the room. Room was great and hotel is in a great location."
